Among some other career achievements, he developed the DEMO system of personality types. Austin has said “undoubtedly everyone is multiskilled, has an abundance of talents and a huge array of qualities. The problem is people are not aware of them or don’t effectively use those skills, qualities and talents that they have innately”. To this end he has assisted hundreds of people identify their skills, qualities and talents, but most importantly how to use them effectively.
In general people tend to spend too much time worrying about things that are not real or that they have no control over. In reality everybody has control over their thoughts and actions. Those who attend Austin begin to see their life from a different perspective and take actions that lead to a happier and more fruitful life.
Austin’s unique, dynamic and flexible approach to using elements of psychotherapy, NLP, CBT and panic psychotherapy, leads to massive increase in performance both personally and professionally.
