Stress in the workplace is quite common these days. In many cases the corona virus has added to the level of stress that employees and employers face. We offer talks to all staff members on the top 10 ways to help overcome the stresses associated with working with covid.
- 1. Become aware of what you cannot control and stop worrying about it.
- 2. Develop an understanding of what you can control i.e. your thoughts and actions.
- 3. Avoid listening to the news and avoid talking about covid with friends, relatives and associates.
